Caspar advises on contentious disputes and is a trial and appellate lawyer. His practice covers the whole width of the employment relationship, contractual (including injunctive relief) and regulatory sports' disputes and other linked contractual and commercial claims including civil fraud and fiduciary duties.

Kathleen's practice is focussed on assisting multi-national clients with complex employment law matters. In particular she has detailed experience of helping clients navigate the employment and industrial relations issues arising on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.

Catrina is a partner in the employment team at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. Her work spans the full range of contentious and non-contentious issues. Much of her work has an international angle and she regularly works with her employment law colleagues across the world on multi-jurisdictional issues.

Anna is a partner in the employment team at Farrer & Co. LLP specialising in Employment and Partnership law.  Much of her work has an international angle and she specialises in advising executives and partners at the most senior levels of organisations, as well as multinational employers, on the full range of non-contentious and contentious matters, in particular focussing on employee competition and complex whistleblowing and discrimination matters.

David is a Director in the global Labour & Employment team at Squire Patton Boggs, where he has worked since 2012, having previously practiced in a regional firm. His practice spans the range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, from TUPE to High Court litigation and corporate support.

Marc acts for individuals and organisations. This has included both employment and commercial related disputes in the employment tribunal, county court and High Court, which has ranged from, amongst other things, TUPE and boardroom disputes to restrictive covenants and non-employment discrimination.

Jen Danvers is a barrister at Cloisters (2012 call) and a fee-paid Employment Judge in the South West region.  She represents and advises both employees and employers across the full range of employment disputes.  She also undertakes internal investigations and has experience via a secondment with in-house practice.  Prior to starting pupillage, she worked for a year within the employment team of an international law firm.

Olivia-Faith Dobbie is an employment and discrimination law barrister at Cloisters, called to the Bar in 2007. She practises in both the civil courts and employment tribunals and has appeared in cases at all levels, including the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights. Olivia was appointed as a part-time Employment Judge in 2020.
